FAQ for mini sessions
What's the difference between a mini session & FULL session?
A mini session is a session that is only 15 minutes in length. They are great for younger kids who are fast paced and can only focus for a few minutes. Or a husband that isn't a fan of photos ; )
Mini Sessions are a set location, date and time, chosen by Chantal. There are time slots that can be chosen, and are usually booked before and after your 15 minute session.
A full session is a 30 minutes or 1 hour session (depending on which one you choose), that is slow paced. We can take our time to explore the location, have more options for more locations, poses & time for us to get to know each other! This is great for engagement sessions, couple sessions, etc.
The location, time and date are all chosen by you, unless help is wanted!
Is fifteen minutes really enough time?
I know 15 minutes doesn't seem like enough time, but it is more then enough time to capture it all.
Chantal wouldn't offer 15 minute sessions, if she felt as if they were rushed : )
why are mini sessions less of an investment then a FULL session?
Because mini session are half the time of a full session, they become less then an investment of a 30 minute session. A mini session is a great way to still get photos done by Chantal, even if you aren't able to invest into a full session.
How many photos do you receive for mini sessions?
Because mini sessions are half the time of a full session, you don't get as many photos as you would during a full session. But, I can assure you that I will still give every single photo that turned out! I try to do 20 photos minimum for every single session.
Time & location can be a big factor. Do not arrive late, as that will take time away from photo taking.
